A: DazzleMe® pays your shipping. We ship Next Day Overnight (by 3pm.) through FedEx.

A: DazzleMe® insures the package.

A: No. However we can NOT ship to a PO Box.

A: No, unless you live in California and the item is in one of our California stores OR you live in Texas and the item is in one of our Texas stores.
Q: Can I consign my jewelry with you
A: You CAN consign directly with our brick and mortar stores. Locate the nearest store here
Q: What if I want to RETURN an item
A: We want you to be happy with your purchase. If the item was not accurately described or if it was damaged in shipping we will accept its return. These items are consigned to us, so in order to protect our consignors, we cannot accept returns where you have simply changed your mind. In order to process a return, you must call 925-718- 8592 (9am-4pm /Pacific Time Mon-Fri) and you must return the item in the special box we provide.
